Our Vision - Homes That Change Lives™ (HCL) empowers individuals, organizations and businesses to create abundance by developing special needs housing solutions, promoting homeownership, and encouraging entrepreneurship for economically challenged individuals with special needs that are genuinely motivated to achieve self-sufficiency, and help others like them do likewise. HCL is currently focusing domestically and ultimately will become a worldwide leader in making the dream of homeownership a reality by partnering with successful businesses, other nonprofit organizations and government agencies.
HCL is ultimately all about transformation – helping to transform the lives of those with special needs that are economically challenged into lives of abundance – transforming distressed, abandoned and donated properties into useful community assets – and transforming financially challenged nonprofits and small businesses into thriving and self-sustaining organizations.
